We only sell by the case. The MOQ varies per item and is listed with the product details.

Yes. To be exempt from sales tax, you must upload your seller’s certificate to your profile when you open your account. We will then set up an appropriate business user account.

Yes, you can access our inventory from the top right header section. For the most updated product line, you can browse all products on our website.

After creating an account, you add items to your cart and submit the order. Once we receive the order, we will contact you for payment.

Click on the “Log In” link in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will take you to a page where you will be prompted to enter the email address and password you used when you created the account.

Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen, then follow the instructions to confirm your identity.

Orders are processed on a first-come-first-served basis. Items in your cart may not be available by the time you check out.

Yes, we do help with ungating. Our supply chain has successfully worked for many sellers to get ungated. The process is simple—once your order is completed and ready to ship, you can grant access to your store by adding our email "accounts@shopyedeals.com", and our team will upload the necessary documents for ungating. In case you're unable to get ungated, we offer an alternative selection of products that you can easily sell.

We do not provide Brand Authorization Letters, but we do help with supportive supply chain documents when needed by the seller.

We do not take responsibility for any issues you may encounter while selling items. Particularly, IP claims or claims of counterfeit items, will not be covered by Shopye Deals.

SHIPPING

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free shipping on all orders. However, if a customer requests shipping directly to an Amazon warehouse, the buyer will need to provide the shipping labels.

We sell to international customers who handle their own shipping. We work with the carriers to provide all necessary documentation and ensure smooth pickups and deliveries.
Once the order is ready to ship, we will reach out to you with the necessary details.
If the order is not shipping via UPS, the buyer is required to schedule a pickup. We already have a daily pickup scheduled with UPS.
Lead time varies per item. Details are listed on the item page. Due to extreme weather conditions, carrier errors, and other uncontrollable warehouse factors, the order delivery date may change.

If you provide us with the shipping information you can track the status of your order any time with the information you already have. If not shipping to Amazon warehouse so we will provide you with the shipping and tracking information.

We will need your current address, your former address, and specific instructions on how to best handle the suspension of your delivery.

You can submit a claim by emailing our team within 30 days of delivery. You will be required to submit proof within 14 days of opening the claim. If proof was not received on time, the claim will be considered closed, and we will be unable to reopen it.

Please note: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Once we hand off the shipment to the carrier, it is no longer under our control. Therefore, we are not liable.

Usually we only accept freight or parcel company pickups along with trackable documents for pickup. If you’d like to pick up an order by yourself, please check with us before placing the order.

Do you ship to FBA?

Yes, we ship directly to Amazon warehouses or any third-party warehouse of your choice.

Cases are delivered as whole cases. If you need to break down the order to multiple shipments, please contact us directly

If this is required for your order and has been confirmed possible, our warehouse will contact you when the order is ready for labeling.

Most products have UPCs. However, we do not guarantee this. If required, please confirm with us before placing the order

What if I receive my items and the packaging is different than pictured on your website?
If the item received is correct, we are not responsible for packaging differences from the manufacturer.
We’re open from Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM. On Fridays, we’re open from 9 AM to 1 PM.
