SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping 

It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay and arrange shipping from the FOB point given by Shopye Deals – this can be any location in the USA.

2. International Shipping

We sell to international customers who handle their own shipping. We work with the carriers to provide all necessary documentation and ensure smooth pickups and deliveries.

3. Order Cancellations

Please check all details carefully before placing the order. Orders cannot be cancelled.

4. Delivery Dates

Delivery dates are based on business days only (excludes weekends and holidays). The order delivery date may change due to extreme weather conditions, carrier errors, and other uncontrollable factors.

5. Shipping to Amazon

Before purchasing, it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm compliance with information and restrictions relevant to sales on Amazon FBA/FBM. Additionally, we do not guarantee an expiration date above 60 days.
Please note:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been entered.
  • We can ship your order directly to your FBA account (you provide a specific Amazon warehouse location and the Amazon label).
  • A shipping label must be provided by the customer.
  • Product issues due to Amazon restrictions will not be eligible for return.


Amazon FBA sellers can avoid the double shipping charges and the hassle of preparation with items that are eligible for prep service. If the item is eligible, you will see these options on the item page.

  • Labeling $0.45 Per unit
  • Labeling + Polybag $0.85 Per unit
  • Labeling + Bubble Wrapping $1.15 Per unit


Most products have UPCs. However, we do not guarantee this. If required, please confirm with us before placing the order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final.
Only if there is an issue with your order, where Shopye Deals is at fault, will a return/refund request be evaluated. The return request must be made within thirty (30) days of delivery, as reported by the shipping carrier.

Please note: We do not take responsibility for packaging differences from the manufacturer if the item received is correct. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Once we hand off the shipment to the carrier, it is no longer under our control. Therefore, we are not liable.

Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for ensuring they are compliant with all relevant information and/or restrictions on selling the goods purchased from Shopye Deals.
