1. General Policy

All sales are final.

Refunds or returns will only be evaluated if there is a proven issue caused directly by Shopye Deals (such as incorrect or missing items).
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, as verified by the shipping carrier’s tracking record.

2. Conditions & Limitations

• We are not responsible for packaging differences, variations, or updates made by the manufacturer if the received item matches the correct product.
  
  
• We are not liable for any items lost, delayed, or damaged during transit once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
  
  
• No refunds, returns, or credits will be provided for products that fail to meet platform-specific requirements (e.g., Amazon category restrictions or ungating issues).
  
  
• Customers are responsible for confirming product eligibility, listing compliance, and any platform policies before purchasing.
  
  

3. Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, platform requirements (such as Amazon, Walmart, or eBay), and category restrictions when reselling goods purchased from Shopye Deals Distribution.

We strongly encourage all customers to perform due diligence prior to placing orders, including verifying:

• Product authenticity or category restrictions
• Listing approval or brand authorization requirements
• Marketplace compliance rules

4. Liability Disclaimer

Once an order has been processed and transferred to a shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the buyer.
Shopye Deals Distribution will not be held responsible for any delays, damages, or losses occurring after shipment dispatch.
