1. General Information

Please note that Shopye Deals Distribution does not cover any shipping or custom costs.
We can ship to virtually any address worldwide, including domestic and international destinations.
Certain products may have shipping restrictions or require special handling, which will be communicated prior to shipment.

2. Shipping to Amazon or Third-Party Fulfillment Centers

We ship directly to Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, and other third-party fulfillment warehouses.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping labels and warehouse address details.

Once your order is prepared, our team will contact you to request the shipping label.
After we receive and confirm the label, we will proceed with dispatching your shipment.

We also offer product prep services for shipments to Amazon FBA or any other fulfillment center.
The available prep options and corresponding rates are listed below:

• Labeling: $0.55 per unit
• Labeling + Polybagging: $0.85 per unit
• Labeling + Bubble Wrapping: $1.15 per unit

3. Shipping to Personal or Business Addresses

If you are shipping to your own address or business location, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
We will provide you with a shipping quote after your order has been placed and prepared.
The shipping cost will be added to your final invoice, which must be paid before the order is processed and shipped.

4. Pick-Up Option

Pick-up is also available for customers who wish to collect their orders directly.
However, pick-up details can only be confirmed once the shipment has been prepared, as we operate from multiple partner warehouses across different locations.

If you prefer to arrange pick-up, please inform our team in advance, and we will share the location and scheduling information once the order is ready.

5. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are based on business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note that delivery dates may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided.

6. Important Notes

• Orders cannot be canceled once entered into processing.
• All shipping and prep costs must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
• Customers are encouraged to confirm all delivery and labeling details before finalizing payment.
